A seasoned Justice Advocate and executive leader, Tamara brings decades of multi-disciplinary experience spanning enterprise management, community outreach, and public advocacy.

Based in Chicago, she is a seasoned executive, public speaker, storyteller, and strategic consultant specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. With a dedicated focus on executive leadership, building inclusive workplace cultures, and fostering meaningful community engagement, Olga works alongside organizations to drive positive, sustainable change.

In her corporate leadership role at Kvng James Industries, LLC, Olga oversees critical administrative, governance, and strategic initiatives. Beyond her corporate leadership, she is recognized for her powerful use of narrative storytelling to help teams and executive leadership navigate complex conversations surrounding diversity, cultural awareness, and workplace equity.

As the Founder of Kvng James Industries (KJI), LLC, James established the groundwork for the brand’s multi-platform operations and athletic ventures. Having transitioned operational leadership to Tamara Echols and Olga Solorzano, James continues to be recognized for his founding vision, athletic background, and commitment to youth mentorship.

High School Football—Competed as a wide receiver (WR) for both Whetstone High School and the Columbus Crusaders in Columbus, Ohio, developing a strong foundation in athletic discipline, teamwork, and gridiron strategy.
Sports Management & Mentorship—Instrumental in launching and supporting developmental, semi-professional, and women’s football initiatives.
